$$A_4$$ modular flavour model of quark mass hierarchies close to the fixed point $$\tau = \omega $$

We investigate the possibility to describe quark mass hierarchies as well CKM mixing matrix without fine-tuning in a flavour model with modular $A_4$ symmetry. The are considered vicinity of fixed point $\tau = \omega \equiv \exp({i\,2\pi/3})$ (the left cusp fundamental domain group), $\tau$ being VEV modulus. involves forms level 3 and weights 6, 4 2, contains eight constants, only two which, $g_u$ $g_d$, can be source CP violation addition modulus, + \epsilon$, $(\epsilon)^* \neq $|\epsilon|\ll 1$. find that case real (CP-conserving) $g_d$ common ($\epsilon$) down-quark up-quark sectors, down-type reproduced fine tuning $|\epsilon| \cong 0.03$, all other constants ${\cal O}(1)$, correspond approximately $1 : |\epsilon| |\epsilon|^2$. up-type achieved same 0.03$ but allowing $g_u\sim {\cal O}(10)$ |\epsilon|/|g_u| |\epsilon|^2/|g_u|^2$. In this setting, we discuss violation.
